Foundry: progress despite challenges

Despite some challenges, we have made significant progress in recent weeks and are confident that we will continue to meet our targets. The construction of the bases for the machine pits has been successfully completed and the reinforced concrete walls for these pits have already been erected and concreted. The individual foundations for the steel structures have also been completed. We are currently in the concreting phase for the large tower, and next week we will be concreting the base for the tower pit. The reinforced concrete work on the melting engine will start at the same time.

We are looking forward to backfilling the excavation pit again from the middle of next week to prepare the construction site for the next steps. The steel construction is planned for the beginning of the 17th calendar week. Stay tuned for further updates!
