Drainage Channels for Race Tracks
What is the difference between public roads and race tracks? The answer is the demands placed on humans and the vehicles. Racing at speeds of up to 330 km/h, the stresses exerted on the racing drivers, the vehicles and the race track itself are similarly high. Safety is of paramount importance here, particularly insofar as surface water drainage is concerned. Drainage channels such as the Maxi F1 system are designed to meet precisely these requirements. The drainage channels made from fibre-reinforced concrete with special screw latches on the robust cast-iron grating and the high load-bearing capacity (class F 900) guarantee fast and reliable drainage, even when exposed to large dynamic forces.
