Heavy-duty channel for extreme loads

Drainage channel HYDROblock

Load class F 900
Nominal width 100 bis 300 mm

The HYDROblock® drainage channel, made of ductile cast iron, is ideally suited to heavy goods traffic. It has been tested in accordance with DIN 1433 in load class F 900 and can therefore withstand loads of up to 90 tonnes. Thanks to its monolithic construction with an integrated socket seal, it reduces noise emissions and enables a liquid-tight installation. It thus prevents typical causes of damage, such as material fatigue caused by horizontal and shear forces.

Features

Perfect for crosswise traffic

The channel is designed to withstand the heaviest loads (Class F 900) and is ideal for both longitudinal and transverse traffic.

No rattling

Thanks to its monolithic design, the drainge channel operates without any rattling noises.

Smart seal system

The drainage channel features a unique connection. The integrated NBR socket seal ensures easy and watertight installation.

Cost savings

Compared with TYPE M channels, the HYDROblock® requires no concrete encasement and no complex formwork. This can save up to 55 per cent in labour costs.

Installation support

The feet can also be anchored to the foundation. This creates a particularly stable structure.

Reliable sealing

The spigot end allows connection of commercially available plastic pipes.

Product selection

HYDROblock with slot width of 30 mm

Thanks to its larger inlet openings, this drainge channel offers a higher flow capacity. It is ideal for areas used mainly by vehicles.

HYDROblock with slot width of 12 mm

The channel with a narrower slot width improves safety for pedestrians and cyclists. It is ideal for areas shared by vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.
