Sustainable Casting – Responsible Production
Made in Germany
Our foundry is located in Wildeshausen, a district town in northern Germany. Both production and the procurement of raw materials such as sand and pig iron are carried out exclusively within Germany.
Fully Electric
Our foundry operates entirely on electricity and is located in Lower Saxony, the German state with the highest share of renewable energy, boasting a cumulative capacity of 12,542 MW [Source]. This high availability of renewable energy delivers meaningful benefits for our operations.
Exceptionally Efficient
Our production utilizes a horizontal flaskless moulding line - one of the most advanced technologies in iron casting. The moulding line operates with a cope and drag system, between which the pattern plate is precisely moulded. This process enables particularly accurate shaping and short cycle times.
