Features
Perfect load transfer
The frame of the round manhole cover transfers part of the load into the road surface layers, thereby reliably protecting the manhole cone from structural damage.
No adjustment ring required
HYDROlevel manhole covers do not require a concrete adjustment ring or adapter ring, as the frame rests directly on the installation layers.
Holding device for access aid
Manhole cover with an integrated holding device for securing an access aid in accordance with DIN 19572.
Replaceable DUO insert
HYDROlevel manhole covers each feature a replaceable HYDROpren insert in both the frame and the cover. The insert is made of polychloroprene in accordance with DIN 53505 and ensures high abrasion resistance and durability.
A safe and level surface
The frame is designed to accommodate settlement movements in the horizontal plane, ensuring a level surface and thus preventing both tripping hazards and loud noise when driven over. Standard manhole covers, by contrast, remain rigid and have the opposite effect.
